Around The Bend & Hope You Know Simple Stamping Cards

Hi Crafting Friend, I have two cards for you today, both simple stamping; same design, but different colors. I will separate the products used for each card into two different lists for you so you can be sure of which colors were used on each card. Both cards started the same, lay a piece of Basic White cut to 3.75 X 5 on a sheet of grid paper.  Hi Crafting Friend, Today I have 2 super easy cards for you. If you've been making cards for any length of time, you've no doubt heard the term "simple stamping." These cards were made using stamps, ink and paper, (SIP) no die-cutting or fancy stuff and they are still beautiful. I just let our gorgeous DSP do all the work. What do you think? The card bases are Misty Moonlight cut to 8.5 X 5.5 scored at 4.25 on the long side, folded and burnished with the bone folder so they close and lay flat. The DSP layer is 4 X 5.25 and I applied Misty Moonlight ink around the edges with a sponge dauber, stamped the sentiment and adhered it to the card front. (TIP: label your daubers with the color to keep from "polluting" your ink pads with other colors) The card on the left was stamped with Shaded Spruce and the card on the right was stamped with Misty Moonlight. The inserts inside the cards are Basic White cut to 4 X 5.25 and edged with Misty Moonlight using a sponge
