I wanted some dark clouds to mimic the stormy looking weather we've been having here so I pulled out the cloud from the Mountain Air stamp set. It did the trick! With a little blending of Gray Granite into the Balmy Blue clouds I got the brooding stormy look I was going for. Its hard to tell, but I used Shimmery White Cardstock for the stamped layer to get some sparkle on the scenery as a contrast to the muted color palette. Hi Stamping Friend, Today's card is a very simple one that lets the beauty of Stampin' Up's designer series paper shine. One layer on a card base with a stamped, die-cut label and a bit of bling (these Garden Gems are only available while supplies last, or until January 3rd, whichever comes first). A stamped white layer with a strip of the same designer series paper carries the theme to the inside of the card. I think it's gorgeous, what do you think?
