Stamping Tips and Tricks

Hi Stamping Friends, Today I thought I would share a few tips with you instead of a project. After all, one can never have too many tips. Don't you agree? 😉 1)  Do you need a little bling on your project, but you don't have any gems in the right color? Use your Stampin’ Blends™ to color any of your clear or frosted gem embellishments to the perfect color to match your project!      2)  A plastic spoon is a very handy tool to include with your stamping supplies in case your ink pads are too juicy for your Distinktive™ stamps to give you a good detailed image.  All you do is use the edge of the spoon to gently push the ink over to the side of the ink pad. Your image may be lighter, but you will get all the beautiful detail built into the distinktive™ stamps. Then afterward, just use your spoon to push the ink back to the center of the pad.              Distinktive™ Stamp List on pg 114 of the Annual Catalog.

Hi there fellow stampers, How are you today? I hope you are doing well. Today's card was shared by my upline who received it in a card swap. I liked it so much I just had to CASE (Copy And Share Everything) it. The changes I made are: a different shaped "tag" for the sentiment, the Copper Foil Sheet strip across the center of the card and the stitched rectangle inside the card with the compass stamped on it. I really like the little bit of bling that the Copper Foil Sheet brings to this card. What do you think? The supply list is below the pictures.  I'd love to care for your stamping needs if you don't already have a demonstrator. Every order receives a hand stamped card as a thank you from me (if you allow contact info to be shared by Stampin' Up®).
