Tropical Elegance – Creating with Happy Hibiscus & Hibiscus Hybrid Embossing Folder

Image
Hi Crafting Friend,  The Happy Hibiscus stamp set from Stampin’ Up!® is a burst of island beauty, and paired with the Hybrid Embossing Folder , it becomes an unforgettable experience in texture and depth. Today, I’m sharing a card that captures the essence of summer blooms with vivid color, dimension, and heartfelt details with very little effort. Wanna know how to do it? Start by dragging the Secret Sea Classic Stampin' Pad inside the hybrid embossing folder on the side with the Stampin' Up!® logo . Then run a 5 1/4" X 4" piece of  Strawberry Slush cardstock  through your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine to emboss the florals onto it in one easy step—what a time saver! The texture adds such a tactile element, you can almost feel the petals unfurling and the ink around the edges make them just POP! Use  Darling Duckling  And  Strawberry Slush Stampin' Write Markers  to add a bit more color to the flowers and make them stand out even more...

Celebrate Your Day with Cheers & Sips

Image
Hi Crafting Friend, I hope you are having a wonderful week. This Slimline card was made with the Cheers & Sips stamp set and the coordinating Celebratory Sips DSP , both are part of the new Celebratory Sips Suite Collection. Only the sentiments were stamped because I chose to fussy cut the images rather than die-cut them so I wouldn't lose the detail of the garnishes on the glasses and because I wasn't in the mood for coloring the images. I used the bottom row of images from the DSP, as well as the pink flowers. I'm really pleased with how it turned out. I don't mind fussy cutting, but I know some people abhor it. Which team are you on? CARD BASE: Berry Burst cardstock - 8 1/2 X 8 scored, folded and burnished at 4 on the short side. INSERT:  Basic White cardstock - 8 1/4 X 3 3/4  Stamp sentiment in the center using Tuxedo Black Memento ink . Adhere inside the card leaving an even border all around the edges. Fussy cut a partial cocktail from the DSP and adhere ...

Stampahowlics Card Swap - Paper Tags Card

Hi Crafting Friend, The card being featured today was made by Janice Weightman . I received it as part of a swap I participated in to get samples from the new 2025 Annual Catalog , as well as the new Online Exclusives , which is where the Paper Tags stamps & dies can be found. It's a beautiful, easy to make card and it uses one of the new In-Colors . Have you seen them yet? They are: Cloud Cover, Darling Duckling, Secret Sea, Strawberry Slush and Timid Tiger . Imagine a whole set, each card made from one of the In-Colors. That would be a great gift! Here's how to do it. CARD BASE: Basic Beige cardstock - 8 1/2 X 5 1/2 scored, folded and burnished at 4 1/4 on the long side. INSERT:  Since the card base is a light color, an insert is not needed. If you choose to add one the measurement is 4 X 5 1/4 CARD FRONT: Embossed Secret Sea cardstock layer - 4 X 5 1/4 Run the cardstock through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine in the Damask Designs embossing folder .
