Heartfelt Hexagon & Perennial Lavender Sympathy Card

Hi Crafting Friend, The Perennial Lavender DSP was still on my desk along with the Heartfelt Hexagon stamps and punch so, that's what I started with. Instead of waiting until I need one, I decided to make a Sympathy card with them. I really like the way it looks. What do you think?       Card Front                                                                 Inside/Insert Here's how to duplicate it: CARD BASE Crumb Cake cardstock cut to 8 1/2" X 5 1/2"  Score, Fold and Burnish at 4 1/4" on the long side. INSERT Very Vanilla cardstock 4 1/2" X 4" edged with Pecan Pie ink and a 3/4" X 4" strip of Perennial Lavender DSP edged with Pecan Pie ink adhered next to it on the left side. Simple Calendar Cards With Garden Meadow and Perennial Lavender

 Hi Crafting Friend, It's February and I almost forgot that I had a bunch of 2 7/8" X 2 1/4" calendars that I had ordered from Vippies (you can also find similar calendars on Amazon) to make cards for customers and my team. Thank goodness I remembered! These are some I whipped up over the last couple of days. They are very basic, but they came out cute. I have about a half dozen calendars left that I might use to make anniversary cards. Everything I used to make the cards is linked below the photo. I'll run down the basic instructions, but the fine points I'll leave up to you. CARD BASE Crumb Cake cardstock cut to 4 1/4" X 11 scored, folded and burnished at 5 1/4" INSERT Very Vanilla cardstock cut to 4" X 4 1/2" with a 4" X 3/4" strip of DSP underneath CARD FRONT The Perennial Lavender DSP layer is 4" X 5 1/4" Position the self-adhesive calendar on the bottom of the card front, centering it The sentiment is from the Garden...
