 Hi Crafting Friend, Sympathy cards can be some of the most meaningful projects we make as card makers. When designing for men, it’s important to keep the tone subtle, calming, and elegant. Today, I’m sharing a masculine sympathy card using some of my favorite Stampin’ Up! products that balance heartfelt sentiment with a beautiful fun fold design from Connie Stewart. For this card, I used: Stamp Set : Unbounded Love & Heartfelt Sympathy (retired)  for the sentiments Paper : Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper for a natural, textured background Cardstock : Mossy Meadow , and Whisper White 3D Embossing Folder:   Forever Plaid Ink : Pecan Pie  and Early Espresso Embellishment : A simple Linen Thread wrap tied in a knot The key to this card is keeping embellishments minimal while using earthy tones and layers to create visual interest.
