Full of Life Country Birdhouse

Hi Crafting Friend,

Today's card was made almost entirely with scraps. Here's how it was done:

The card base is Balmy Blue cut to 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored, folded & burnished at 4 1/4" on the long side.

The insert is Basic White 5 1/4" X 4". I didn't stamp anything inside, but I may later when I get ready to send it out.

The DSP layer is 5 1/2" X 2" (leftover 6" X 2" piece from another card) backed with Misty Moonlight. I used a 1/2" strip layered underneath on the top and bottom because I have an abundance of 1/2" strips in every color, but if you don't, you can use a 5 1/2" X 2 1/4" piece of cardstock to layer underneath the DSP.

The floral images and the sentiment were stamped with Misty Moonlight.

That's it, so easy you could almost do it in your sleep. 😴
