Well here we are, firmly into August heading toward Autumn. If school hasn't started near you, it soon will. Even though my kids are grown I still love "school" supplies - paper, markers, pens, pencils. . .

I started with the supplies in the July 2024 Paper Pumpkin kit, Painted Petals (comes with a Gray Granite Stampin' Spot mini ink pad and supplies to make 3 each of 3 different card designs)

For the alternative card below use a Calypso Coral cardstock base cut to 4 1/4" X 11" scored, folded and burnished at 5 1/2"The insert is Basic White cut to 4" X 5 1/4" Stamp an image to embellish it if desired.

Cut the card base from the Paper Pumpkin kit (daisies & Claypso Coral) in half on the score line. Trim the Calypso Coral colored back of the card to 4" X 5 1/4" (use the front for another project) Using stamps from Cheerful Daisies stamp set, stamp 3 small daisies (similar formation to the card front from the kit), Stamp off once before stamping each image so you get lighter images. Use Calypso Coral for the head of the flowers, Daffodil Delight for the flower centers, and Old Olive for the stems and leaves. Use the sponge dauber with Melon Mambo ink to edge it, then adhere it to the front of the card.

Adhere the daisy focal point from the kit to the card front with Mini Dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment with Gray Granite on the coordinating perforated label from the kit and remove it from the sheet.

Adhere a strip of printed Melon Mambo (also edged with Melon Mambo using a sponge dauber) from the kit just under the bottom of the daisy focal point and adhere the sentiment label on top of it.
