Jungle Pals Are So Sincere Card

 Hi Crafting Friend,

Today's card focuses on a couple of Sale-A-Bration items that you can get free with a qualifying purchase. They are the Jungle Pals stamp set (free with $50 purchase) and the coordinating Jungle Pals dies. (free with $100 purchase) Since Jungle Pals has no sentiments, I also used the So Sincere stamp set which is all sentiments.

This is an easy Gatefold card, the card base is Pecan Pie cut to 8 1/2 X 5 1/2, scored on the long side at 2 1/8 & 6 5/8, folded on the score lines to meet in the middle, and burnished to lay nice and flat.

The front panel is Old Olive cardstock cut to 4 1/4 X 5 1/4 and embossed with the Fern 3D embossing folder. Before embossing, use a brayer and Old Olive Classic Stampin Pad to ink the side of the folder where the fern leaves are raised. Then cut 1/4 from it to make the panel 4 X 5 1/4. The leftover strip (1/4 X 5 1/4) goes inside. Adhere the embossed panel to the left side of the gatefold.

Stamp the sloth on Crumb Cake with Pecan Pie and use the Blender Pen with Pecan Pie ink to color his face. Use a black pen or marker to color his nose, dot his eyes and enhance his smile. Die cut the sloth then use a sponge dauber with Crumb Cake and ink the edges and tap it all over to give it some character. 

Stamp the alligator on Garden Green with Shaded Spruce ink, then die-cut it. Use a sponge dauber to ink the edges and his "scales" with Old Olive. Use the white chalk marker to highlight his eyes and teeth.

Die cut the vine from Old Olive and the foliage from Garden Green. Use a sponge dauber with Old Olive to add color to the edge and give some dimension to both pieces. 

Adhere the sloth to the vine by his paws with tiny dots of Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then adhere to the card front using tiny dots of Multipurpose Liquid Glue at each end of the vine and Dimensionals & Mini Dimensionals behind the sloth and the leaves. (You will have to cut some in half to fit behind the leaves without showing)

Adhere the foliage and the alligator together in the desired position with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then adhere to the card front with Dimensionals.

 The insert is Very Vanilla  cut to 4 X 5 1/4. Adhere the embossed strip cut from the front panel onto the insert, then stamp the sentiment with Pecan Pie and adhere the insert inside the card.
