Love For You Anniversary Easel Card

Hi Crafting Friend,
Do you ever wait until the last minute to do things sometimes, like I do? I looked at my calendar and realized I needed a few cards for friends' upcoming anniversaries and I didn't have any made! I also needed to design a card for this blog post and then write it, so here I am, killing two birds with one stone. The cards were all the same basic design, but this is the one made with all current products.

The card base is Pretty Peacock cut to 4.25 X 11 then scored, folded and burnished at 2.75 & 5.5 on the long side so that when folded it looks like a small triangle on one side. (reference the photos below)
The card front is another piece of Pretty Peacock cut to 4.25 X 5.5
There is a layer of Bubble Bath cardstock cut to 4 X 5.25 and another layer cut to 3.75 X 5 from the Delightfully Eclectic 12 X 12 DSP. (The Pretty Peacock print with white & Bubble Bath hearts)
The layer for the focal point is die-cut from Bubble Bath and edged with Bubble Bath ink using a sponge dauber. (to stretch your cardstock, you could die-cut it from the Bubble Bath layer because once the DSP is adhered on top of it, no one will know you cut a piece out of it)
The focal sentiment is stamped with Pretty Peacock on Basic White and die-cut.
The "inside" sentiment is stamped with Pretty Peacock on a .5 strip of Basic White cardstock and cut diagonally on each side then edged with Bubble Bath ink using a sponge dauber.
To sign your card and write a personal message, cut a piece of Basic White cardstock to 3.75 X 2.5
To assemble the card, use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the layers to your card front, then adhere the bottom half of the card front to the closed, flat card base lining up the edges so that they are all even. Assemble the focal point by gluing the die-cut sentiment to the layer, then adhere the entire focal point to the card front with Dimensionals.
Use Mini Dimensionals to adhere the "inside" sentiment about halfway up. (This is what holds the card front up in the easel position, reference the photos below) Adhere the panel for your personal message on the back side of the triangle formed when the card is opened or you could adhere it above or below the "inside" sentiment according to your preference. All the products used are linked below the photos.
