Hi Stamping Friend,
Today I am featuring several cards that I received in a recent card swap hosted by Tami White. The swap was focused around the new Eden's Garden Bundle that is currently available in advance of the January - June 2022 Mini Catalog. The coordinating products are only available while supplies last or until Jan 3, 2022 whichever comes first.

The cards in the first photo were designed and crafted by Laurie Krauss, Sue Heck, and Cherylin's Creations. The cards in the second photo were designed and crafted by Beth Brach and Janice Weightman. Did you notice that all of these beautiful cards use the same sentiment. They demonstrate the amazing versatility of this bundle. 

Over the next few weeks I will show the cards I received from the other talented Stampin' Up!® demonstrators who participated in this swap, as well as the cards I designed for it. That will be a whole lot of inspiration for you when using these gorgeous supplies. Product details are below the photos.

Hello Hills of Tuscany Fun Fold Card

 Hi Crafting Friend, Welcome to 2024, the new Mini Catalog and the Sale-A-Bration Brochure. This Spring Mini catalog is always my favorite, especially when you add the benefits of Sale-A-Bration to it. There are so many adorable stamp sets, dies, DSPs and other goodies! Do you like this catalog as much as I do?  Today's card uses the Hills of Tuscany stamp set. The images were stamped directly onto the DSP, (house - white craft ink, roof - Cherry Cobbler, trees and sentiment - Shaded Spruce) the house was then heat embossed with white embossing powder. The card base is Shaded Spruce cut to 8 1/2 X 5 1/2 and scored on the long side at 2 3/4 and 4 1/4. Fold it in half and then fold the card front back as shown in the photos below.  The Gorgeous Grape layers are 1 7/8 X 5 1/4 for the front and inside left; and 4 X 5 1/4 for the right side.  Cut a 1 inch strip off the top of the DSP to use on another project, then cut 2 pieces, each 1 3/4 wide from the left side (the trees that you sta

Grassy Grove Clean & Simple Card

 Hi Crafting Friend, This card was inspired by a couple of cards I saw on the Facebook Clean & Simple Cardmaking page.  (by Tracey Agli & Darla Anderson Welch) They were both mostly white with some color blending and minor stamping behind the tree dies they used. I thought of these stamps & dies when I saw them.  The card base is 8.5 X 5.5 scored on the long side at 4.25 then folded and burnished to lay flat. The doe and fawn were each die-cut twice, once with Pecan Pie and once with Basic Black then layered together with the black in the front. Place black mini dimensionals as shown in the photo below.  The "moon" is a 1 inch punched Lemon Lolly circle.  The grove of trees was also die-cut twice, once on a 4 X 5.25 piece of Early Eapresso, the second on a piece of Early Espresso just barely bigger than the die itself. The smaller die-cut was off set behind the larger, then Multipurpose Liquid Glue was used at the bottom edge of the smaller die-cut to secure them

Hello Happy Sea Turtle Card

 Hi Stamping Friend, The card I have for you this week is the second of three I designed for the swap using products from the new January-April 2023 Mini catalog and the Sale-A-Bration brochure. I paired the Sea Turtle and Happy Labels stamp sets from the mini catalog with Delicate Edges dies and Texture Chic DSP from the annual catalog. To me they seem made for each other.  This card is really quite simple if you have the basic tools. The DSP makes a perfect background. The turtle is fussy cut, the "seaweed" is die-cut. I gave the seaweed & turtle some dimension by using my bone folder to add some curl to the paper. The turtle is popped up with dimensionals, the seaweed is adhered with Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue, but I played with it, making sure some areas were slightly raised off the paper so it looks like it could be moving in the water.
