Hi Stamping Friend, Thanks for popping in, today's card is a really simple one because I'm trying to prep for our 2nd shot of the COVID-19 vaccine tonight by cooking and freezing meals in case we feel lousy afterward.  Unfortunately the beautiful Butterfly Bijou DSP that I cut the butterflies from is long gone, but it isn't hard to get the same feel. Just stampthe butterflies from the Butterfly Brilliance Stamp Set with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on Basic White cardstock, then fill in with blends in your desired colors. Hi Stamping Friend, I just adore seashells! I know, you wouldn't expect that from someone who loves living in the desert, but it's true! The Friends Are Like Seashells Suite has a beautiful collection of seashells to play with.  I can't believe how much I like the way this card turned out, and I've only just begun to play with this suite.  I mixed shimmer paint with water in a Stampin' Spritzer bottle and spritzed the embossed image after I applied the color, but before I assembled the card. It gave the image a very subtle sheen that I found impossible to capture in the photo. Hello Stamping Friend, I just love this card! It could be used for many different occasions and so I decided not to put a sentiment on it until I decide what I will use it for. I really enjoyed using the masking and color blending techniques to create the sunset background. I found my Stamparatus to be indispensable for stamping the silhouette of the little girl on the swing. I stamped her 3 times to get a good solid image.  The supply list is below the photo.
